Sleep Reform, Still Tired
Slept 6 hours last night, 30 minutes in econ, 2 hours in the Union, 1 hour during CS class, and I’m still tired, especially after work. There’s something about learning continuously for 3 hours that just saps the energy right out.
I have to keep working hard. My econ and CS grades have slipped, but my math grade is still strong. Business is good as well (as expected considering it’s not difficult).
Lifestyle changes typically take 2 weeks to kick into full effect. I think what you proposed is reasonable, just push on and keep it up.
