So this thursday…
We didn’t do salsa…AGAIN. But next week, we will. Never fear.
God I’m tired. I got myself into some stuff to do on Monday night at dinner, and as a result I spent most of Tuesday and Wednesday and Thursday night coding / actually a lot of reading docs too, all to no avail because of silly things so now I’m just an exhausted code monkey who wants to finish his scraper (ah and my scraper needs so much fixing) and sleep. God I’m tired. I think I said that already. That’s how tired I am. I was feeling weird / heart palpitations today so I worked from patio / room and took a quick 20 minute nap in late afternoon — I think that helped.
I feel bad because this thing got in the way of Tuesday night’s party, Wednesday’s doing things, and Thursday’s salsa. Nevermore. I’ve decided now to keep coding restricted to 2 things: hackathons and work. I spend a godawful amount of time staring at screens anyway.
I did manage to play some LoL with Mike Flores and Brandon recently though. Actually I’ve played a game with Brandon like each of these days! I hope that keeps happening basically cuz I miss them. We skype/play. I’m not really a gamer though.
This weekend: find a way to hang out with Dylan, and rest. That’s all I want to do. Also, laundry. Though not by hand — haha I caught up with Ann recently which was very nice. She’s in Jordan! And has to do laundry by hand! I would die. Also Lilia is in South Africa — it only occurred to me last night that it’s WINTER over there. Man, people all over the place.
