Workout 2 - 8×600 Repeat SprinterFields

Roughly. The loop was actually around 640 meters. But yeah, we did it on the sprinter fields. And it hurt, like hell. We took it from 6:45 pace to around 6:15 again. It totaled 3.2 miles, in 20:32. So it was like a slower race on flat ground. But hurt like hell especially cause we’re getting back into this. And technically we did 9 of them or 3.6 miles, because we did a sort of “all out” type loop after a 2 minute jog break as our last one. Then we did a 1.2 mile warmdown, 3 laps around. It was like a freaking track minus the flatness and add some crazy groundhog holes you can break your legs on. Yeah.

Today was a half day too. Parent teacher conferences. Thank God my parents are pretty good at talking to teachers. They told me that my teachers think I’m a good kid. Apparently Mrs. Wright thinks I’m funny too with my pot. I seriously think the pot is a great idea though.

Its good weight training for my scrawny arms too! =]
