Im sick
Yes I’m sick. Most definately. This is because I have not slept earlier than 1:30am in the past 2 and a half weeks. I wake up no later than 8:00 every day. 6:00 on weekdays. So I basically get around 5 hours a sleep a day. right now I’m running on 3-4 a day.
This week has been hell and its only half way through. APUSH test monday, Spanish Quiz monday, Ceramics Test Tuesday, APUSH again tuesday, Math wednesday, Chem Wednesday, and out of those, I messed up the spanish quiz and bombed the math test. Wonderful.
But maybe its cause I ran today, in 30-40 degree weather? With…short shorts and a thin compression tee? No gloves or hat? Ok so I did a warmup, stretch, then coach sent us out for not 1, not 2, but THREE freaking athletic loops. Thats 3 miles right there. Then we came to the track and hes like ok we’re doing *1000m track workout* and I’m like oh crap this hurt like hell last time. THen hes like good news, we’re ONLY doing 5. better than the 9 we did last time. But this time it was faster somewhat, 3:30-3:20 per, and 2:00 recovery that was really like 1:30 cause it was so urgent. And by the time we were done with 5 I was DYING. Couldnt breathe, feel my hands OR my toes on my right foot. Weird. then to top it off we did ANOTEHR athletic loop…for a grand total of (4) today. Add our 5k into that and its around 7.5 miles in this weather. Not fun. My lungs will explode.
Ahhh and its 1 again and I’m wasting time again and I havent begun outlining yet!
